LodgeFob Systems Inc. is responsible for personal information under our control. We have designated a Privacy Officer responsible for our compliance with PIPEDA.

We identify the purposes for which personal information is collected at or before the time the information is collected. We use your information to provide our NFC fob services, process orders, and improve our platform.

Principle 7: Safeguards
Personal information is protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. We use SSL encryption, secure data centers, and regular security audits.
Principle 8: Openness
We make readily available to individuals specific information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
Principle 9: Individual Access
Upon request, an individual is informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and is given access to that information. You may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Principle 10: Challenging Compliance
